I am a trained voiceover actress who has studied extensively under the premier coach, David Rosenthal. My talent lies in Commercial and Narration work, where I have a unique voice and spark to any material I cover.

I have been a motivational and public speaker for over twenty-five years, with a focus on dance and health presentations throughout Northern California.

I also am the founder of Dance Kids Fun, a unique fitness program for children of all ages. Specializing in jazz and ballet, I have helped girls and boys find their own special talents in the world of dance.

As a dancer and a self-proclaimed “Fitness Fanatic”, I have a fireball of energy. I have performed on stage for charity events, fitness events, and dance competitions. I was a competitor in Miss Fitness USA and is the former Mrs San Jose, CA.

For 4 years, I have had my own fitness segment on the NBC affiliate in South Florida, called Wake up, warm up, featuring my energetic Stretchercise workout.

When I am not performing or teaching, I am a dedicated runner who keeps fit with daily strength training, dance classes, hiking,Golf and swimming.
