Mac Roberts began his career as an audio engineer. As fate would have it, another talent had to cancel a session one day and Mac was asked to fill in – that was almost 25 years ago and he’s still spending his days either in a booth or behind a console, refusing to get a “real job”

With a slightly deep and resonant tone, most of Mac’s work is recorded in his natural speaking voice. His most popular deliveries are engaging, believable, casual, trustworthy, conversational and sincere. While he spends much of his time these days in front of the mic performing narration for internet videos or being the soft-sell spokesperson for commercials & training platforms, he still enjoys performing “old school announcer” type deliveries for television and radio ads and happily provides the occasional character voice as well!

Mac is professionally trained as both an audio engineer and voice talent. He loves to collaborate and takes direction very well – live sessions and general communication are lighthearted and fun, while meeting tight deadlines is also not a problem. From his professionally built home studio, he can deliver files in any format his clients need and is also happy to supply music beds, sound fx and general audio editing services.

In his downtime, Mac enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his wife and two children on their small hobby farm in the Atlanta, GA metro area.
